Reward System

We found that rewarding our learners for top performances was extremely crucial to encourage them to continue doing it. Our candidates explemplary performance in their regular assessments saw us issue rewards as a “pat on the back” to motivate them to repeat the same until it becomes a habit. By gifting a variety of items to our top performing candidates this spurred others to apply more efforts, all in all a fine showing from the whole lot.
